Por favor, divulguem nas redes sociais. Estou certa de que vai ser uma sessão extraordinária. Estejam presentes (inteiros) e não se preocupem em tirar notas. Gostaria que escrevessem um pequeno texto depois de assistirem ao workshop, tranquilamente, em casa (entregar aula 3 de março).

'Mindfulness and Self-Empowerment' will be a 2h workshop discussing how the concepts of mindfulness and inner peace can help us towards achieving a balanced lifestyle and improve our wellbeing. We will discuss on the perspective of 'inner peace', its meaning, as well as the benefits of mindfulness in our day to day life and in reaching our potential as individuals. The workshop will also include a guided meditation session and a time for questions and answers. 
We will be introduced to a simple yet effective meditation technique, easily applicable for our day to day wellbeing. The workshop is open to anyone!
The language for the workshop will be English and it will be led by Anca Gliga, the European Coordinator of Peace Revolution. Peace Revolution is an innovative project that works on youth empowerment through self-development tools. Peace Revolution strongly believes that the change starts from each and every one of us, and works around the concept of PIPO - Peace In, Peace Out -, inner peace as a means for sustainable world peace."
